At the Whole Health Outreach office, we interview individuals and/or their families that are involved in a health crisis and assist on a case by case basis according to the availability of funds. We prioritize families with medical needs and emergencies that, because of these problems, are now in a financial crisis.
The Families-in-Crisis Network is not a government-funded program. Assistance to families is made possible through the generous donations of our supporters who give throughout the year. When financial assistance is not available, we make referrals to resources available in the individual's county.
Whole Health Outreach works as part of the Salvation Army and Red Cross effort for Reynolds County and is an active member of the Reynolds County Community Organizations Active in Disaster (COAD) and the South Central Missouri Long Term Recovery Committee (SCMLTRC).
